Legal & risk disclaimer
Last updated: 23 June 2026
Sally is a tool, not an advisor. Nothing on this site or produced by the agent is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, nor a solicitation or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Trading crypto — and memecoins in particular — is extremely high risk. The overwhelming majority of tokens lose all their value. Never trade more than you can afford to lose entirely, size positions so that repeated total losses are survivable, and make the final trading decision yourself. You are solely responsible for your own funds, decisions, and actions.
Pre-release — contact only, full imprint to follow
Sally is currently in a pre-release phase. A complete provider identification (legal name, postal address, and any registration details required by applicable law, e.g. § 5 DDG / § 18 MStV in Germany) has not yet been published and is intentionally left blank rather than guessed. It will be completed before any public, commercial launch. Until then you can reach the operator at:

Sally is distributed as open-source, self-hosted software under the MIT license; the smart contracts are MIT-licensed and deployed on Base and BSC.
Sally is self-hosted, non-custodial software and an informational interface to public, permissionless smart contracts. We do not operate an exchange, broker, money-services business, or custodian; we never take possession or control of your assets, and we cannot move, freeze, reverse, or recover any transaction or token. Every on-chain action is initiated and signed by you (or by automation you configure and run yourself) and executed by public blockchains and third-party protocols outside our control.
Your use of the software and any interaction with the protocol is governed by the Terms of Use. Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
The software, the website, and all related materials are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including (without limitation) any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and any warranty as to availability, accuracy, security, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Sally has an internal code audit with 0 critical and 14 high-severity findings still open — see the security page. We make no representation that the software is secure, bug-free, or suitable for any particular use.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the authors, contributors, and operators of Sally accept no liability for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with the software, the website, the smart contracts, any third-party service, or your use of (or inability to use) any of them — including, without limitation, loss of funds, tokens, profits, data, or opportunity, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive, and regardless of the theory of liability.
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law — for example, liability for intent or gross negligence, for injury to life, body, or health, under product-liability statutes, or rights granted to consumers by mandatory EU/national law. Where a limitation is not permitted, liability is limited to the smallest extent allowed by that law. The full allocation of risk and liability is set out in the Terms of Use.
You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you, including tax, securities, and anti-money-laundering rules. You may use Sally only if you are at least 18 years old and only where doing so is lawful in your jurisdiction. You must not use Sally where its use is prohibited or would require a licence or registration you do not hold. By using Sally you confirm that you meet these conditions — see the full eligibility and restricted-use terms in the Terms of Use.
